Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Technology-Enhanced Learning, the Director of Business Operations oversees all financial and business functions for Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS), including budget planning and administration, financial reporting, departmental human resources administration, purchasing, and facilities and vehicle management. - In consultation with the Associate Vice Provost, Assistant Vice Provost, and HR Divisional Director in the Provost’s office, manage the department’s human resources processes, including hiring, onboarding and separation, annual performance management, and leave management, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and university policy.
