Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy Support benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Maintain confidentiality of employee information Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems High level of confidentiality and professionalism This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
