Completes police various daily reports documents such as daily roll call reports, vehicle impound forms, traffic accident reports, warning reports, uniform traffic citations, permission to search forms, advise of rights forms, incident/offense reports, arrest reports, bond forms, complaint forms, fingerprint cards, leave and training request forms, employee evaluations, property and evidence forms and other UPD required documentation. Job Summary: The Police Investigator reports to the Investigations Captain and is responsible for facilitating a wide range of aspects of public safety, including supervising crime scenes, misdemeanor and felony cases, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures; investigative aspects of the police department.
