The incumbent in this position will coordinate statewide recruitment and retention efforts for DMMA Operations, facilitate Fair Hearing preparation and presentations for DMMA Operations, act as the liaison and primary point of contact for constituent and other escalated inquiries, serve as the administrator over DMMA Operations Units, facilitate the development and ongoing maintenance of DMMA Operations procedures and procedure manuals, assist with the completion of federal and state audits, provide oversight of timely completion of confirmation and eligibility requests, and complete other duties as assigned. Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas: Three years experience in health or human services work such as applying theories, principles, laws and practices of health or human services programs and services that assist with and improve life for individuals, families, or communities such as financial support, employment, unemployment, housing, health care, disease prevention, substance abuse, child protective services, physical/mental health treatment and prevention or rehabilitation.
