p>• HS diploma or Degree • Certification or equivalent professional experience in Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) preferred • Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC systems • Two to five years mechanical experience or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience • Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid drivers license in good standing • Must be a Member in good standing or Join Local Union 6.
