You will advise senior leaders, design scalable solutions and connect teams across regions to help the firm deploy talent where it is needed most, while balancing compliance, cost, operational efficiency and employee experience. Guide highly visible, high-risk or complex mobility matters, including executive relocations, country expansion activity, escalations, crisis response and contingency planning.
