Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other related discipline - Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience and understanding of best practices for part design, and advanced assemblies - 7+ years of Industrial Design experience - Experience leading high quality design projects - Effective skills in communication, planning, and product development - Ability to plan design activities while applying innovative design methods to conceptualization, prototyping, and implementation, supported by a well-developed knowledge of technology. - Portfolio demonstrating: Innovative design solutions for complex technical products, Sophisticated UX form development tied to motion or behavioral intent, Systems-level thinking in product design, Inclusive and focused design approaches, Use of User Research and measurement tools.
