Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering general inquiries, providing directions, delivering packages/amenities.

The security agent will work closely with all departments to ensure the safety of employees and guests.<ul><li>Overnight Shift – 11PM – 7AM </li></ul>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to -<ul><li>Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards</li><li>Call for assistance when needed (police, Ems, fire department, etc.)</li><li>Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases information only to authorized individuals.</li><li>Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. Good understanding of emergency systems and alarm systems.</li><li>Maintains inspection reports and records, advises management of deficiencies</li><li>Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering general inquiries, providing directions, delivering packages/amenities</li><li>Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe and identify.
