Mill multiple angles using indexing head, straight and single angle boring, drilling, squaring, serrating, slotting, elongating holes, cutting key warp, rough cutting, counter boring, drilling reaming, tapping of single or equally spaced holes on given diameter using rotary table or dividing head, straddle, gang milling, spline, keyway cutting, face, radii milling, profiling and detail tools to exacting tolerance. Operate lathes using Manual Data Input, (MDI) controllers, Numerical Control (N/C) preprogrammed instruction media, and conventional methods to perform such typical exacting tolerance machining operations as turning, facing, drilling, reaming, tapping, boring, grooving, forming, chamfering, thread cutting, or chasing using taps and dies, machining inside and outside tapers and diameters; turning irregular contours and intricate details.
