The total years' experience must include experience in at least three of the following: Five years of progressive Business Analyst, Product Management, or Project Management experience utilizing Agile and SDLC methodologies to perform elicitation, tracking, and documentation of as-is and to be processes, business requirements, analysis or documentation of technical and functional specifications/diagrams. The Senior Business Analysts are responsible for planning, facilitating, and executing complex business analysis functions, including detailed requirements gathering, analysis of cross system dependencies, business process redesign, interface and data mapping, and alignment of system capabilities with L&I's future state operational needs.
