Technical Consultation & Sales: Answer inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from commercial fleet customers, diagnosing their drivetrain needs and identifying correct replacement parts or complete Allison transmission units (e.g., 1000/3000/4000 Series, RDS, HS, EVS). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for fleet managers, municipal buyers, and repair shops seeking heavy-duty drivetrain solutions, with a focus on Allison Transmission products, parts, and remanufactured transmissions.
