3.Organizes, schedules and ensures prompt and efficient response to work requests; provides timely reports to supervisor on the status of projects; report work progress and problems to supervisor.4.Coordinates assigned activities with those of other District staff and outside agencies as appropriate.5.Receive and respond to inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests for assistance regarding areas of responsibility; respond to after-hours requests for service.6.Maintains records of work requests, work completed, hours and materials used, and other necessary information.7.Performs general administrative/clerical work as necessary, including entering and retrieving computer data, maintaining work records, copying and filing documents, preparing reports.8.Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. o Instructs Plant Managers and Custodial Cleaning Contractors, in checking various gauges and instruments which indicate levels of water, oil and air pressure, and maintaining proper levels of water and oil in the system as specified by operating and maintenance guides.
