The Divisional Controller is the senior finance and accounting partner for one or more construction divisions, overseeing project controls, job costing, unit-price revenue recognition, billing, collections, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and project profitability. Serve as the primary finance partner to divisional leadership; translate financial results into operational insight, strengthen accountability, and develop assigned finance and project-control staff.
