Advanced knowledge of Commercial Claims (Excess and Specialized, General Liability, Environmental, etc.), claims investigation, coverage evaluation, loss assessment, reserving, insurance legal & regulatory environment, claims processes, applications/systems and procedures, medical terminology, and finance.
