Retail Operations: This team supports legal matters related to global pricing and promotions, charitable contributions/sponsorships/campaigns, marketing and social media compliance, product regulatory/disclosure/labeling compliance, product safety, unfair and deceptive trade practice compliance, website terms and conditions, return policies, and the Company’s global environmental/waste/packaging and other sustainability efforts and compliance. The work performed will support the Company’s global operations (North America, EMEA, APAC), including matters related to its Global Home Office, Distributions Centers, and Stores, to provide students with a broad understanding of the work performed by in-house attorneys at Abercrombie & Fitch.
