Plan, prepare, review, and issue project and field submittals within approved budget and schedule, including but not limited to chemical quality control plans, sampling and analysis plans, verification and validation reports, field test data and laboratory submittals, operation & maintenance reports, and closure reports. Consult and collaborate work with Project Manager, Superintendent, as well as Health and Safety, Quality Control, Project Controls, Estimating, and Contracts representatives to properly plan, coordinate and ensure progress of tasks, activities, and deliverables per the approved budget and schedule.
