Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the School of Medicine's (SOM) internal controls program to strengthen governance, accountability, and data integrity across key functional areas, including Finance, Human Resources, Research Administration, and Clinical Trials. The Business Intelligence Analyst partners closely with the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Controls, Business Intelligence team members, business process owners, and administrative stakeholders to analyze existing processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that strengthen internal controls and streamline operations.
