As a Field Service Technician, your mission is to facilitate growth of Power Technique's Aftermarket through a customer-facing Field Service Engineer with strong diesel-engine expertise, capable of diagnosing, repairing, quoting, and selling service work on compressors, generators, and tools-using digital systems and incentivized on performance. Communicate technical issues clearly to operators, site managers, and decision-makers Explain repair needs, risks, and benefits in plain business terms (downtime, cost, reliability) Build trust-based, long-term customer relationships through professional service delivery.
