Interim Transition Deliverables: By the conclusion of the engagement, deliver a prioritized multi-year digital roadmap; digital governance model; responsible AI framework; modernization plans for major applications; enterprise data and interoperability strategy; stronger technology-risk practices; documented roles, SOPs, and escalation pathways; leadership readiness assessments; and a recommended long-term digital leadership structure. The position is responsible for accelerating responsible adoption of artificial intelligence; modernizing and integrating core clinical and business applications, including the EMR/EHR, HRIS, and financial/ERP systems; strengthening data, interoperability, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure; and using technology to improve access, integration, efficiency, financial sustainability, and the experience of clients and staff.
