Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Michigan RN License Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Cath Lab RN Experience - Experience with Maclab (hemodynamics) - Basic knowledge of Vascular Interventional Radiology - Impella experience - Knowledge of operation of intraaortic balloon pump - Epic EMR Experience Description: This position cares for patients before, during, and after angiography, interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, and other diagnostic testing and procedures. Operates equipment and manages supplies such as cardiac output monitors, hemodynamic equipment, pacemakers/ICDs, intraaortic balloon pumps, crash carts, IV pumps, defibrillators, and point-of-care glucometer testing.
