About the Role
Hawthorne Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Physicians Assistant (PA-C) with experience supporting sponsor initiated trials as a Principal or Sub-Investigator to oversee clinical trials at our site in Staten Island, NY.

Performs sophisticated analyses of large-scale hard-copy and electronic data such as health care claims data, financial transaction data, accounting records, or bank records to develop investigative leads and to determine their potential relevance to the allegations at issue. • Performs analysis to clarify the target suspects or organizations pattern of operations to identify information relevant to the legal issues involved and to recommend valuable approaches to the AUSAs or other members of the investigative team.

Our Loss Prevention - Asset Protection Investigators are responsible for executing key initiatives relating to theft, operational accountability, shrink and safety for Uncle Giuseppe's store locations.

A successful candidate will have experience operating as a senior investigator across complex and ambiguous security matters, working independently and collaboratively with cyber incident responders, detection engineers, threat hunters, legal, intelligence teams, and enterprise stakeholders. Five+ years of hands-on experience in cyber investigations, incident response, threat hunting, computer forensics, cybercrime investigations, or related technical fields.
p>Thoroughly documents, organizes, and reviews case files, electronic and hardcopy, relative to each investigation in accordance with Company policy and ensures remediation activities are tracked and implemented. This includes defining investigation strategy, preserving evidence, conducting interviews, analyzing records, conducting root cause analysis, and recommended corrective and disciplinary actions.
