Responsibilities include underwriting new acquisition opportunities across the senior living sector, performing financial analysis, valuation modelling and investment committee presentations, conducting operational and financial due diligence, supporting transaction execution from initial underwriting through closing, partnering with operating teams to monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities, assisting with business plan development, budgeting and ongoing asset management initiatives, and interfacing with institutional capital partners, lenders, operators and other external stakeholders. What's on offer includes a base salary approximately $120,000 - $150,000, dependent upon experience, performance-based annual bonus, flexible location with preference for major markets across the Central and Southern United States, direct exposure to experienced investment professionals and institutional capital partners, opportunity to take ownership of investments from acquisition through ongoing asset management, and rapid career progression within a growing platform.
