Extensive Experience in the foundry industry, specifically in investment casting, including relevant process, design, and metallurgical knowledge as well as in quality assurance (FMEA, 8 Step, etc.) as well as knowledge or qualifications related to non destructive testing methods (dye penetrant inspection, X ray, ultrasonic wall thickness measurement) . Responsibility for process and product data evaluation during qualification; project planning for new development and series projects; and leading improvement initiatives such as cycle-time reduction, cost saving programs, and NCC reduction for serial components .
