This position will be responsible for establishing best practices in support of low code / semi-custom code environment, participating in build testing, and will serve as the in-house Salesforce expert (alongside third-party implementers) while also maintaining day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training, and improvements of the platform. Configure Salesforce including but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, user management, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
