The Program Coordinator supports statewide delivery of MSU-IAT's Food Processing Technology and Safety programs, including the 15-credit pathway, stand-alone certificate, and related microcredentials. Develop and maintain shared course materials, including syllabi, LMS content, rubrics, and learning activities, to support consistent delivery across sites and modalities.
