Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, the Production Supervisor removes barriers, solves problems, and drives continuous improvement while delivering exceptional results for our customers. By coaching and developing Chemical Operators, executing the production schedule, and promoting operational excellence, this role helps ensure pharmaceutical products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
