Update as needed. </li><li>Train the Registered Behavior Technician and parent(s)/guardian(s) in the implementation of the ITP and data collection. </li><li>Communicate with the RBT and parent(s)/guardian(s). </li><li>Oversee the implementation of the ITP, ensure implementation is based on evidence-based intervention strategies. </li><li>Monitor effectiveness. </li></ul>Weekly Requirements:<ul><li>Work between 2-6 hours per week monitoring RBT. </li><li>Provide monthly family training. </li><li>Oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies by the RBT and the customer's family. </li><li>Ensure ongoing education of family members and key staff on strategies used in ABA that should be implemented in the treatment plan. </li><li>Respond to concerns of family members and key staff regarding the treatment plan. </li><li>Provide on-site monitoring of treatment effectiveness and implementation fidelity. </li><li>Provide modification of the treatment plan and assessment information as necessary. </li><li>Update assessment at least every 6 months, as well as Individual Treatment Plan. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must hold a certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). </li><li>Experience in ABA Therapy. </li><li>Have a minimum two (2) years of experience developing/providing intensive intervention or overseeing the intensive intervention program for children with autism </li><li>Flexible Schedule </li><li>Reliable </li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
