Plans, assigns, supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of subordinates engaged in providing, and in supervising the provision of, professional community health and nursing services in connection with Health Office activities, clinics, health research and education, and related programs. Maintains a continuing professional and technical review of office policies, programs and procedures, services, and activities related to community health services and clinics; recommends, implements improvements, revisions and modifications.
