Hardening existing systems for optimization and scalability, audit readiness, and compliance with SOX requirements, by working closely with IT Infrastructure and security teams • Partner with Finance, Sales/Marketing, Product Lines, HR, Legal, Procurement teams to understand evolving business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions • Ensure Application governance, data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal controls and SOX processes • Mentor, support and grow a high-performing Business Applications team aligned with MPS culture and mission • Collaborate with Asia IT team closely to ensure coherent and timely global user supports for all Business Applications • Lead system and vendor evaluations, platform assessments, and RFP processes to achieve the optimal technical fit and value for the organization • Lead new ERP system evaluation and implementation as technical program lead, to manage vendor selection and system implementation with business stakeholders • Ensure successful adoption of new technologies such as AI and enhancements through structured change management practices, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for process redesign, automation and integration across systems. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred • A minimum of 10+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, with a strong background in high-tech industry • A minimum of 5+ years of experience building, leading, managing, developing and mentoring direct reports • Hands-on experience with ERP (IFS, Oracle or SAP) is a must.
