Provides day-to-day supervision and work direction to production operators, including work assignments, scheduling coordination, coaching, training support, performance feedback, policy enforcement, and timecard approval. Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and management to resolve production constraints, including staffing gaps, equipment issues, and other conditions that may delay the production line.
