The Commissary Kitchen, or Food Lab, is our high-volume, central food production facility on Madison's east side that prepares food for all of our Wisconsin locations. At our Central Commissary Kitchen, you'll prep sauces, dressings, meats, and veggies for our restaurants, with careful attention to quality, cleanliness, packaging, and labeling.
