The Financial Analyst's duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Build, maintain, and update financial models for prospective and active development projects, including sources and uses, cash flow projections, and return analyses. The position will work across HTG departments to advance new projects through all stages of development, with particular emphasis on financial modeling, underwriting, and the structuring of equity and debt with large financial institutions.
