Must be able to operate the following equipment: cash register, juice guns, cutting boards, liquor guns, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, frozen drink machine, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment. Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary; accounts for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, complimentary drinks, and charge receipts.
