p>Availability:

• Availability to include up to 29 hours per week, 3-4 days a week to include weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and night shifts. • Must be able to positively interact with park guests and co workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs.

Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and sanitation schedules while ensuring that cooks, inmates and/or food service workers adhere to the assigned schedule. Participates in the preparation/5 P's (Participation, Pulls, Production, Portion Control, and Postproduction), storage and assembly of meals and food items.

As the highest level of Back of House leadership, you will play a critical role in delivering craveable food, developing managers, and driving long-term success through strong processes and accountability.
