Working alongside kitchen staff, apprentices, volunteers, and cross-functional teams, the Production Sous Chef will oversee meal preparation for programs including Kids Cafe, Summer Feeding, Medically Tailored Meals, emergency feeding initiatives, and other meal production programs as developed.
