This position involves operating a bucket truck to perform various tasks related to tree trimming, lawn care, and other landscape services.

<div><div><p>Our family owned and operated business is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High Climber/ Bucket Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, and bucket operation. Open to apprentice climbers also. This position involves operating a bucket truck to perform various tasks related to tree trimming, lawn care, and other landscape services. The Bucket Truck Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for tree trimming and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Perform tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.</li><li>Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in rigging, tree care, or landscape maintenance preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of bucket operation techniques and safety practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.</li><li>MUST Have Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li></ul></div></div><div><p>Job Type: Full-time</p></div><div><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 3% Match</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p> </p></div><div><p>Work Location: In person</p></div>
