Job Competencies & Desired Skills • Understanding of the commercial leasing market, including what is "market" for various types of leases and lease-related issues • Experience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial and life science • Substantial experience representing landlords • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues • Ability to understand our clients' business objectives and to produce work quickly and efficiently • Strong negotiating skills • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously • Strong analytical and writing skills • Attention to detail • Good business judgment • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Strong problem-solving skills.
