Responsibilities: • Draft real property documents, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust, and foreclosure documents • Prepare documents for non-judicial foreclosure actions • Prepare closing books • Analyze/review title reports and legal descriptions • Communicate with escrow officers, title officers, and insurance company employees • Work with surveyors, appraisers, and lenders to obtain property information • Obtain information from government officials regarding taxes, assessments, building permits, etc. • Record real property documents Skills/Experience 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal required Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate preferred Great multi-tasking skills Ability to stay organized while in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite If you have the qualifications above and are interested in learning more about the state of the legal market, please reach out to us as soon as possible, as we are experiencing historically low unemployment.
