The Paralegal Manager partners closely with Legal leadership and cross-functional stakeholders including Compliance, HR, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations to support the agency’s business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance and mitigating risk. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day legal operations, supervising paralegal staff, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient execution of legal processes related to contracts, regulatory compliance, licensing, claims support, and corporate governance.
