The successful candidate will support the Corporate Counsel & Secretary, Transmission function and collaborate with Transmission leadership, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Regulatory, Operations, Development, Project Management, and other business partners on corporate governance, board and committee matters, entity management, transactions, records, and related legal processes. The role supports attorneys, directors, officers, and business partners by preparing governance materials, coordinating approvals and signatures, maintaining corporate records, tracking obligations and deadlines, and helping legal and business matters move efficiently from intake through completion.
