Requirements: Recovery Counselor/Case Manager Job Requirements: B.A. in human service field with 2 years of mental health direct care experience, which include 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training; or B.A. in human service field with 2 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation; or Associate degree or equivalency and 4 years of mental health direct care experience (either 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training or 2 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation); or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years mental health/psych rehab experience; or CPS certification with 2 years mental health/psych rehab experience.
