You will be expected to manage the prep schedules, place the orders for the kitchen, write the kitchen schedule, train and motivate your staff, do quarterly inventory, and communicate with the General Manager with all of the progress, needs, and concerns with the kitchen and the restaurant as a whole. We are looking for an experienced cook, or line lead, to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant by utilizing high quality ingredients to prepare entrees for our guests.
