Designs, creates, and implements communications, presentations, education, and training tools for various groups to support programs, projects, initiatives, and provides general marketing and social media support (i.e. ads, flyers, other marketing creatives). Partners directly with business group leaders, area field leadership and Corporate partners to design and implement programs, projects, and strategic initiatives to assist Branch and Mortgage associates in better meeting customer needs.
