Job Overview:

You’ll ensure our trucks are shipping premium window and door orders to our customers so deliveries can be made accurately and on time. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling options, competitive compensation, and a Total Rewards package that includes a company-funded wellbeing account to use towards anything that helps you feel happy and healthy. Select the schedule that works best for you!<ul><li>Monday – Thursday shift option with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday: <ul><li>1st Shift: 5:30AM - 3:30PM Pay: $22.50 per hour </li><li>2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 1:30AM Pay: $24.50 per hour ($22.50 + $2 differential rate)</li></ul></li><li>Friday - Sunday shift option<ul><li>Weekend Shift: 6:00AM - 6:00PM Pay: $26.50 per hour ($22.50 + $4 differential rate)</li></ul></li></ul>

Highlights of your role:
<ul><li>Read, sort and process complete orders of Marvin windows and doors</li><li>Efficiently load products manually into trucks in an organized and safe manner</li><li>Monitor accuracy of products being scanned and loaded onto trucks</li><li>Occasional use of forklift to move and deliver parts throughout the facility</li><li>Document department data accurately and complete required paperwork</li><li>Take responsibility for maintaining or repairing shipping carts and racking</li><li>Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computers</li><li>Work closely with your team and department supervisor to identify, prevent, or solve any mechanical or defective material issues</li></ul>

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
<ul><li>Lift a range of different shaped objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs.</li><li>Carry product ranging from 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. from one area to another</li><li>Push and pull product that weighs up to 85 lbs.</li><li>Bend, twist, stoop, and climb</li><li>Stand and walk on concrete</li></ul>

Also want to make sure you have:
<ul><li>A high school diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to lift 80 pounds or more repetitively throughout your shift</li><li>Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience</li><li>The ability to obtain and retain proper forklift/industrial vehicle license requirements</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>The ability to work successfully with a diverse workforce</li><li>A strong work ethic to work independently with accuracy</li><li>Basic computer skills</li></ul>

Southeast Unloading is seeking to hire hard-working unloaders (lumpers) to unload trucks, sort and stack product in a warehouse environment.$600-$800 a week ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Operates a forklift and/or pallet jack to assist in the unloading process•Removes product from trucks safely and efficiently, following all safety standards, procedures and processes•Coordinates with receivers and tow motor operators to ensure proper flow of inbound product•Hand-stacks all floor loads in appropriate manner with appropriate labels out, correct ti-hi's, and no mixed product•Regularly ensures that product loads are properly handled to minimize damage to products•Submits paperwork correctly and timely Wraps pallets to ensure stability when storing products•Assures quality on pallet conditionPHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS•Stands, bends, stoops, squats, reaches, twists, and otherwise moves continuously•Frequently walks throughout the workday•Frequently reaches above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh 30 -- 50 pounds and occasionally, 50-100 pounds when unloading and sorting pallet products•Pushes and pulls frequently•Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment•Endures extreme temperatures of heat and cold•Withstands loud noise and distractions 20/20 Vision with correction•Ability to follow verbal and written instructions•Basic English reading, writing and mathematical skills•Must have reliable transportationOnce selected for hire, successful candidates will be required to:•Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States•Pass a pre-employment drug screen•Consent to a criminal background screeningABOUT USSoutheast Unloading is a third party logistics services provider headquartered in Northeast Florida.
