Experience & BackgroundExperience in shipping, warehouse operations, materials coordination, or logistics within a manufacturing environmentExperience using ERP systems (Made to Manage preferred) for inventory and shipping transactionsFamiliarity with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel, expedited) and shipping documentation requirementsExposure to inventory control practices such as cycle counting and material stagingExperience supporting production schedules in a fast-paced environment Technical & Operational SkillsStrong proficiency with forklift operationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system transactionsProblem solving skills and critical thinkingComfortable navigating ERP systems and maintaining clean, accurate dataBasic understanding of freight billing and invoicing processesA few things about us.
