Responsibilities Include:Sales/Relationship Management (80%):Primary mortgage resource/liaison for Correspondent BankersCoordinates and facilitates sales presentations via WebEx or onsite and assists with technical and operational inquiresOn-boards new customersParticipates in researching and identifying potential mortgage opportunitiesCustomer Service (15%):Conducts proactive check-in calls with current customers and resolves customer inquiriesWorks with mortgage processing, underwriting, servicing teams and mortgage team managersSubject matter expert for Encompass questions and issuesAdministrative (5%):Collaborates with Mortgage department to develop and update training materialsCreates and implements customized BB Connect websites for approved customersIdeal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in banking, accounting, business, or related field, along with five or more years of residential mortgage experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the position functions.
