Position to repair leaks (copper, steel, pvc), replace thermostats, charge refrigerant, check boilers and chillers, pipe installation, preventative maintenance operations for equipment, replace filters, motors, and belts, clean coils, direct digital controls repairs, and electrical/plumbing repair. This position is a highly skilled worker with proficiency in maintenance, operating, and repair of heating, cooling, fan systems, hot water boilers, air cooled water chillers, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance with a specific emphasis on HVAC.
