Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Generally, a minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in parking, transportation, mobility, transit, facilities operations, or a related field; Generally, a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory and management experience; Demonstrated experience managing operating and capital budgets; Demonstrated experience with contract administration and vendor management; Demonstrated experience implementing operational improvements and process enhancements; Experience developing policies, procedures, and strategic operational plans; Experience with parking and transportation technologies and software systems; Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, customer service, and conflict resolution; Comprehensive knowledge of parking, transportation, mobility, financial management, personnel administration, and customer service principles and practices; Knowledge of parking and transportation technologies, systems, and software applications; Strong financial management, budget development, forecasting, and business planning skills; Demonstrated ability to lead complex operations and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities; Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities utilizing data-informed decision-making; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; and. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in related field; Experience in higher education parking and transportation operations; Experience managing enterprise-funded business operations; Experience with transportation demand management programs; Experience leading planning, design, and execution of transportation or parking capital projects; Experience working with local governments, transit agencies, and regional transportation organizations; Experience developing transportation master plans and mobility strategies; Experience using data analytics tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau); Experience utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools to support operational decision-making, i.e. Power BI; Knowledge of higher education parking and transportation operations; Knowledge of transportation demand management principles and sustainable mobility programs; Knowledge of capital planning, deferred maintenance programs, and infrastructure asset management; Knowledge of transportation planning, traffic engineering principles, and campus mobility strategies; and.
