Provide high-level technical Hosting support to Project Management Teams globally. Manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients consisting of mainly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.What You Will Be Doing:* Ensure training of Litigation Support Analysts on Relativity, Digital Reef, Law and Project Management software.* Assist Hosting Director with managing team's schedule.* Point of contact for high-level technical tasks.* Work directly with junior team members to ensure effective execution of all projects on a micro-level.* Meet with fellow Hosting Leads to ensure efficient Hosting-PM workflow and address issues as needed.* Assist with enforcing Hosting policies.* Communicate with Project Management Teams as well as clients in order to effectively execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.* Manage high-level tasks and unique workflows.* Troubleshoot any tech-related issues based on knowledge of RCA Certification, expertise of analytics, proficiency with Concordance and Digital Reef; both internally and externally.* Convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.* Be available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients' needs.* Perform demonstrations of web hosting software, both online and in person.* Communicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a case.* Handle multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.* Ensure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.* Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.* Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are adhered to.* Perform other tech-based special projects or duties when required.* Work with Relativity and LAW to execute document disclosures, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCR.* Create custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflow.* Utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.* Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of a project relating to job tracking, specifications, and chain of custody related documents.* QCing any potential inconsistencies or conflicts within the potential disclosure set based on PM/client instructions.* Executing disclosures, exporting and finalising disclosure deliverables, including executing high level specsWho We Are Looking For:Your experience includes:* Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as computer sciences or information management-technology, or equivalent work experience.* Strong technical and leadership background.* RCA Certification.* Knowledge of Analytics.* Experience in MS Office applications.* Proficient with Concordance and Summation.* Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language.* Strong organisational skills.* Excellent customer service skills.* Strong written and oral communication skills.* Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.* Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.* Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customised solutions on a client by client basis.Desired Skills:* 2-3 years experience in litigation technology/vendor side preferred.* Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.* Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Digital Reef, or IPRO is a major plus.Where Your Career Is Going:At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
The International Product Development Manager, Professional Education is a member of a team responsible for the development of localized versions of lifesaving CPR and first aid learning programs and products, and other global healthcare content. This individual is responsible for the development, localization, translation management, volunteer reviews, revision, fiscal management, and quality standards from project initiation to market rollout.  Essential Job Duties: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Collaborates with a cross-functional core product team on the content development for assigned products. Represents international interests during domestic product development by advising on how to produce more globalized content and planning alternative international content. Responsible for a smooth hand-over of materials for localization and translation.</li><li>Leads cross-functional project teams in the development, localization, and translation of learning programs, products, and other healthcare content. Ensures project team’s adherence to a general product development process used across the department and develops sub-processes for project-specific tasks as needed.</li><li>Develops an understanding of the product, intended audience, content organization, and modes of delivery for assigned products. Leads adherence to product-, language-, and content-specific style guides for internal and external use.</li><li>Facilitates determination and implementation of changes, and reviews content to confirm accurate implementation of edits or changes to ensure that translated materials meet the Association standards for accuracy before publication.</li><li>Partners with a project manager to develop project scope and timelines. Leads the development project and ensures all internal and external team members meet the deadlines outlined in project plans.</li><li>Proactively coordinates and collaborates with the Association Science & Health Advisor, the designated scientific authority (in-country subject matter expert), and the core product team to achieve scientific approval and signoff of major localization recommendations. Review and triage localization recommendations from the field.</li><li>Trains, motivates, and engages volunteers and subject matter experts and applies volunteer expertise across projects.</li><li>Works well in a team environment and proactively contributes to departmental goals of improving processes and product specifications for rapid content updates.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of Three (3) years of experience. Five (5) years of experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with direct participation in the localization, translation, review, and editing of scientific, technical, Life Science, or multimedia content for multi-language/multi-cultural markets.</li><li>Experience working with subject matter experts and managing and participating in a formal review process.</li><li>Experience leading program/product development projects.</li><li>Ability to deliver on schedule and within budget.</li><li>High level of detail orientation, without losing sight of the broader vision.</li><li>Ability to make a timely decision while considering multiple factors and opinions.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally with overnight stays.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Editing or publishing experience.</li><li>Foreign-language facility or fluency, preferably in Japanese or Arabic.</li><li>Experience leading product development projects in multiple languages.</li><li>Localization project management experience.</li><li>Experience working with subject matter experts, stakeholders, or vendors outside of the U.S.</li><li>Experience developing eLearning and other digital products that meet accessibility requirements.</li><li>Two (2) years of experience in healthcare training, emergency cardiovascular care, or related programs.</li></ul>

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected pay range will be $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply to the pay range.
