Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken window panes, missing nuts or screws, beds needing repair, etc.). Must be able to work in a warm or cold environment, including walking outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat), with exposure to chemicals and dust.
